Create a standard segment that delivers Referrers scrubbed of search engines

As more and more people use searchto navigate the web, there remains the interest in referrers from non-search engine sources.  This will directly indicate traffic from other sites to ours through link sharing etc. it would be great if this segment was available out of the box.
