Client side backups of Discover Projects

In the event that a Discover project file is corrupted all the reports built are lost which is a big deal for big projects. I suggest a client side backup so if a file is corrupted on servers, I can load a previous, uncorrupted version into discover.

This could also allow for select sharing of projects, rather than making a shared project available for all everyone with a seat.
