ClickMap Overlay Not Functioning on Certain Links

Question

Hi,I am running ClickMap on Firefox and can see the overlays, but no click information (see attachment) for most of the overlays. Anyone have any ideas why? I have the check boxes checked for Auto Flag 20 top values, display page and display overlays. HELP! PLEASE! :) TIA

Hi,as far as I know Clickmap has been out of order for a long time.
