clear classification imports

Just found out that Classification Importer rules supersede Classification Rule Builder rules.  

Only way I can think of to work around not getting results back on entries currently left null in the import file, but would match off rule builder... is to manually set rules one to one in an import on existing key values... then for any new key value... rule builder would pick-up.

this seems ridiculous for you'd think there could just be a clear import rule option or something to help address
