Classification Rule Builder Enablement

I have one question related to Classification rule builder. I have already defined conversion classification for eVar8 for dev report suite. But whenever I try to create a
classification rule builder for it, eVar8(labled as ev08: User ID (conversion 8)) is always disabled. PFB the screen shot for the same. Could you please help me how to enable the same.

    Can you please check if there is some other rule within Rule Builder already classifying evar8 for the dev report suite?

      Yes Dinesh. You can upload the Exported file back into the system again, after you have made your necessary changes, either through the browser or the FTP
