CJA - Attribution out of range
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to understand attribution models in CJA.
I'm comparing two attribution models in a CJA workshop. I'm surprised to see that when I compare a last touch model versus an engagement model (both with 7-day attribution windows per person), when viewing the data in a graph, the engagement attribution model's trend returns data from 7 days prior to the range I'm analyzing, while in the last touch model, the data starts counting from the beginning of the analyzed time range.
Both models attempt to analyze the beginning of a process for a specific campaign.
Can anyone help me understand this?
