Changing menu structure

As an admin, I would like to change the menu structure how I want.

For an example, when we have some reports enabled like, path reports, we can't change the names of  the reports inside the menu of the path report (like Site Sections). That's because we translate and re-organize all reports for an easier understanding.

So, for campaigns too. If I don't use the campaigns and creative elements for campaign tracking, I would like to see just the tracking code report.

Even if I delete the creative elements and campaign tracking on "Conversion -> Conversion Classifications", this two reports remains visible.
