% Change in Alerts: to be able to select above or below the selected percentage

Currently, the percentage change option in Alerts does not allow to choose if we want the alert to be triggered when the monitored metric goes above or below the set % change. This causes the triggering of false alerts.

If I want to monitor the number of conversions, I want the alert to be triggered only when the number goes below a specific % change. If it's triggered when the number goes above the specific %, it causes false alarm and unnecessary concerns and checking of the data.
