I have a voucher for a certification exam and I want to cancel the scheduled exam so if I cancel it will it render the voucher ineffective?

Hey @niks18 If you cancel the exam, it will render the voucher ineffective, however, you may request for a new code by sending an email to certif@adobe.com

You can mention details about which exam you have scheduled, your Adobe ID used for registering for the exam and the voucher code.

 

They might help you get clarity!
