Can you apply a breakdown to all items at one time in Workspace?

I seem to only be able to apply a breakdown to one item at a time (or to a selected group of items) within my freeform tables. Is it possible to apply a breakdown to all dimensions (current and future) once and be done with it? Or will I need to manually apply breakdowns when new items appear in my tables?

Hi Leslie,

You are right about the breakdown. It is only possible to breakdown only the items which have been selected. You cannot breakdown every line item of the report in a single go. This is probably done to optimize on processing times.
