Can't Send Digital Signature File.

Log in to Reports & Analytics

[Report Options] →[Additional Documents] →[Send Digital Signature file]

Check to [Send Digital Signature file]'s checkbox,

And send [send].

 

But, Signature File is not attached to the delivered mail.

 

I want to Signature File is attached to the delivered mail then I check the [Send Digital Signature file]'s checkbox.
