Calculated metrics added via the report suite admin should be treated like any other metric

It's quite common that I want to view a trend on a calculated metric for the entire site. However I seem to be restricted to access calculated metrics on an existing report. Adding the calculated metrics to the site metric folder would make them easy to find and allow for a trend view on just the metric, just like visits.
