BrightCove Video Tracking extension - ISSUE

Hi Team,

 

I have configured based on this extension as per the steps given in this doc> https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/adobe/brightcove/overview.html?lang=en but none of the events are not firing. Is anyone faced the similar issue before? is there something we need to follow or check additionally other than mentioned in the docs.

I've done some asking around and have some info for you. Are you using the iframe version of the advanced embedded code version? This might help: https://studio.support.brightcove.com/publish/choosing-correct-embed-code.html#inpage
