Bookmarks for Multiple Report Suite

When you set up a bookmark it sets the report suite you are on. If you share this report suite amongst multiple users each time the user clicks on the bookmark they will be taken to the report suite where they set up the bookmark. What would be great is the ability to have a saved bookmark report be non report specific so if someone is on the China site and they click a bookmark it doesn't take them back to the Global report where the original bookmark was set up.
