Better "Note" system

When adding Notes to a report it is difficult for a user to see them since they are so low on the page. There should be a better way to let visitors know that a report contained Notes, as opposed to the various Note workarounds that are out there.

    Another point is that notes are not specific to a given report. So they tend to add up..

    Archiving due to age and relevance. If this is still something that is desired while using the latest version of Analytics/Analysis Workspace, I'd highly recommend creating a new idea and linking this idea there. Thanks!
