BDIA Rate Limits

Hello,

 

Based on this page it looks like calls to this api are capped at 1 request per second. I wanted to check if this was capped on any particular level - i.e., is this based on the report suite or the organization for which the request is made? This didn't seem to be completely clear to me from the documentation linked

Hey @akshaysh6 !

 

Based on my interpretation of the documentation, I'm pretty sure this is applied on the organization level rather than the report suite. However, I've not encountered a use case where I've hit limits where I can verify with certainty that it applies at organizational level.  

 

This can definitely be a question you can request your Adobe CSM for clarity on, or create a Customer Care ticket for additional details directly from Adobe for confirmation.

Hello @akshaysh6, My guess is, Bulk data insertion API limits are per report suite, as you have to enter the reportSuiteID for insertion. At present the limit is 1 request per second. Previously it was 10 requests per second.

      Thanks for the clarification @andylunsford1 As we have never reached the limit, i guessed it based on the inputs we have to provide for insertion. @akshaysh6 Reaching out to CSM or creating a support ticket would be best way to know correct answer.
