Average Time Spent - Related Metrics from Visits reports in 13.5 needs to be added to 14.5. There is no other way to view Average time spent on the site in 14 and you can't import to 14 via upgrading the dashboard created with related metrics in 13.5.

Also the way the related metrics in 13.5 for average time spent shows yesterday vs. day before vs. same day last week is powerful and when changing to monthly showing this month vs. last month vs. same month last year is powerful and should be included for this metric.
