Automatically notify requester (and/or distribution list) when report suite ready in Discover

When you request that one of your report suites be added to Discover, there is the potential for a long period of time while the system does back end processing.  Since the addition is usually prompted by a user request to an admin, it would be convenient to be able to have the admin and/or user(s) notified that the data is ready and that you can now use Discover against that RS.  This is particularly true when dealing with 100's of RSs and 100's of users.
