Auto-detect Bot Rule Implications

This is a suggestion to incorporate a feature that would auto-detect the implications of a new custom bot rule prior to saving the rule.  The thought would be to have the tool function similarly to the current segment previewer that runs a check on historical data to detect what percentage of the population would be included in the segment.  I suspect a similar check could be run to determine if a bot rule is too broad in definition, etc.  Such a tool would help clients avoid expansive definitions that might be costly in nature and/or negatively affect legitimate traffic.
