Apply segments in SC15 to Alerts

Right now when I set up an alert, it monitors the entire report suite.  I rarely look at the entire data set in the report suite and am not interested in changes overall, but rather changes in specific sub sets of the report suite.  Please have the segment that was applied to the report when the alert was set apply to the alert too and have
