Analysis Workspace: Improve Audit Capability

We are trying to use workspace to create a safe environment for our end users to access analytics data.

In order to do this we are centrally managing a lot of "approved" segments, calculated metrics, and workspaces.  In order to keep on top of this we are having to undertake a lot of manual documentation so that when we change things we know we are not going to break things.  Unfortunately this is proving difficult to keep on top of.

The burden could be significantly reduced if we were able to easily obtain the following (for instance via the API):

1) what segments & calculated metrics are being used in which workspace projects

2) what users are actively using a particular workspace project

Please can you consider improving the audit capability for managing workspace?
