Allow Segments based on variables with "Uniques Exceeded"

Problem: you cannot create an "exclude" segment in Discover or SiteCat for variables with Uniques Exceeded.

For example, I want to work out the impact of "non-brand" natural search on my site, but I hit Uniques Exceeded after a few days in the month. I cannot use a "keyword does not equals" or exclude "keywords equals/contains" as the resulting data includes variables with Uniques exceeded.

I need to be able to add a condition that "keywords is not null and is not at uniques exceeded" in the segment builder so that I can get this insight.
