Allow SAINT classification of Entry Pages

Entry Pages is a key conversion variable. I'd love to be able to SAINT classify it the way I can with Products, Campaigns and eVars.

    I also would love to have the ability to classify the Entry Page variable.

    Either that or make Entries available as a metric in the data warehouse
