allow entry-only on Discover next page flow report

Would be nice to have an option to limit the start page to be an entry page.

Currently

page a -> page b -> page c -> page a -> page d

will result in 2 path views for page a. one page a->b and one a->d

Would be good if I could limit the report to show a->b->c->... only.
