Alerts or Targets based off a combination of variables

Similar to what I can do in a traditional business intelligence tool, I would like to be able to set an alert (or targe) based off a combination of variables.

For example, set an alert to trigger an email if:

1) s.prop1 is blank, and

2) s.prop2 has a value, and

3) s.prop3 has another value

- or

1) s.prop1="blah"

and

2) s.prop2="ha ha"

and

3) s.prop3="wazzup"

- or so on.

Currently, the Alert (or Target) functionality in SiteCatalyst is limited to one variable at a time.

Having such an ability would mitigate my need to pump data into a BI tool for complex alerts.
