Alerts for Log File Tracking

We have uploaded log files to a new report suite to monitor internal usage of Adobe Analytics, see this link: https://spark.adobe.com/page/hnYfQPThMu2dr/

We do this on a monthly basis.

 

There was an Adobe failure recently in tracking of Project Views, which we didn't know about as we can't set alerts on uploaded data. They didn't know this until it was raised to them as an issue.

Adobe should have alerts in place set up on their side to monitor the tracking of usage logs, to prevent gaps in the data when it comes to us wanting to use the log file data.

We will certainly ticket this opportunity to pass the feedback to the Product Engineering for Alerts if in case there is a failure of any kind.
