Alert e-mail in a format suitable for processing e.g cvs or excel with an FTP option
When creating alerts the content arrives as a un-sorted list in an e-mail. This is a problem when you are alerting on itmes that have a large number of values e.g you can't sort the content easily. Also should you want to do something else with this data interpreting e-mail contents using scripts is difficult.
