AEM user stats in Omniture
I built an internal hosted app using AEM. We have two user IDs that groups use to access different sides of the app. Is there any way in Omniture to pull out usage by the different IDs?

That functionality currently does not exist in Adobe Analytics. I would recommend upvoting this idea here: Track usage of Adobe Analytics among users
