Advertising Analytics: add "google display ads"

Currently Advertising Analytics only works for "Google Adwords" (Advertising Analytics Overview). But in the same Google Ads account you can set up  "google display ads" and the data gets delivered by the same API as already used in Advertising Analytics. The problem is, that the generic "s_kwcid" parameter delivers a not expected AMO ID...

remark: after I made some testing on the "s_kwcid" parametes and having a look at the AMO ID cöassification, I believe it would not be muchvwork to get it up and running officially. my "fix" already works, but some data is missing (like "placement"). Let me know if you need more information to make the change.
