It says this plugin is not supported.
so wanted to check that with you if we can use this plugin and would it have any impact of page load of webpage ?

The reason this plugin is no longer supported has nothing to do with Adobe, but with changes to modern browsers that have deprecated code that this plugin used.
The plugin will work on older browsers, but as your users upgrade their browsers you will collect less and data, making the collection and interpretation of the data extremely limited and likely unhelpful.
