Adobe Calculated Metrics with Merchandising eVars

As an analyst I want to be able to create metrics defined by a merchandising dimension (Product).

 

This is important to us as we want to create metrics for everyone to use in the business and have insights on: % of units or revenue from full price products only, collections(created with Product classification) KPI's etc


The created calculated metric (example: Units metric of one specific product or merch dimension) should only return data specified by the dimension and not any additional dimension data that were on the same hit.

At the moment when creating a calculated metric with a merchandising feature (example: Product dimension for Units metric), Adobe will return data for other products that were in the same order.

Unfortunately, to do this we need segmentation at the SUB-hit level, which is an idea currently in their pipeline.  Please be sure to vote for it here:
