My team mates are facing issue to load Adobe Analytics workspace, buffering is going on their page.

If this is an ongoing issue you may want to look at browser extensions as possible cause as we've had issues with Chrome browser extensions interfering with the loading of analysis workspace in the past.
In particular, if you are using Decibel for journey recording/heatmaps we've had problems with the Decibel chrome extension preventing analysis workspace from loading.
