Adobe Analytics Reporting Capacity Error

I’m facing the below error, while opening analysis workspace “The report suite is currently exceeding its reporting capacity. Please simplify the request or try again later.” This has been happening since the beginning of the year and occurring more often than before. What are the possible causes for this issue and how to load reports more efficiently. Is this related to adobe licensing renewal, may be a downgrade of existing license plan?

Visit the Reporting Activity Manager: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/reporting-activity-manager/reporting-activity and review active requests. This issue occurs because too many concurrent requests are hitting the report suite, so reduce load by spreading scheduled jobs throughout the day, cancelling heavy or stuck queries, and simplifying or splitting complex dashboards.

I agree with ​@SumitK4, this could be too many requests happening at once? Maybe in the new year someone started spamming API calls, or maybe some report got “stuck” and now everything is bogged down.

 

This might be worth opening a ticket with Client Care (if you can’t see anything in the Reporting Activity Manager)
