Adobe Analytics offline html5 app

Will Adobe analytics store data while it's offline? As in it will notice when the app is online and send data over to adobe from previous user inputs?

I'm building an HTML5 application that will be used on an iPad via phonegap and am wondering if it will do this. The user will fill out a few form options, and then close the app. I'm hoping Adobe analytics will get that information once it's online.
