Can alerts configured in Adobe Analytics be accessed or retrieved via the Adobe Analytics API?

Right now, there's no way to get the alerts you've set up in Adobe Analytics through the API. That means things like alert rules, thresholds, or who gets notified can't be pulled out or managed using the API.

If you're looking for a way to automate alerts, one option is to use the API to pull the data you care about on a regular schedule, then build your own alerts outside Adobe (like with a script or dashboard tool). It takes a bit of setup but gives you more flexibility.

Hopefully Adobe adds this feature in the future—it would definitely make life easier for a lot of us!

I found this: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/query/api/alert-subscriptions

I don't know if this is specifically "Experience Platform" or if it's more generically the shared part of Experience Platform that connects through all the Adobe Platforms.

Worth giving it a try though. It looks like you can retrieve information, or create new alerts.

I don't think I have ever seen where this can be done with the API Connection. Are you looking to setup alerts in a different program?
