@swapnilkisan.nikam darn… this might be a question for Client Care… I’ve never had issues with our daily alerts… and our normal processing delay is only about 45 mins, and our daily alerts come in around 1:05 am…  I am not sure what else to suggest.

I feel like we need some more information here. What kind of alert do you have set up, daily or hourly?

What do you mean by your data isn’t settled? Typically alerts don’t fire until the data for that time period has been processed by Adobe.

That’s true… The processing normally takes about 40ish minutes… so an alert at 12:40 sounds about the right timing for an alert (either at the hourly or daily setup), and the data should be processed before the alerts are sent out.

Its daily alert but usually Adobe take 2-3 hrs to settled data so as per 12:40 AM EST email it has only captured until 10PM est. Also if I have check same numbers in the morning alert email numbers are no more relavent.

Hey @swapnilkisan.nikam

Delaying alerts isn’t currently supported in Analytics but this feature is available in CJA. Check out: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics-platform/using/cja-components/alerts/alerts-feature-comparison

Right, there is no “delay” setting… however, a daily alert shouldn’t be sending on incomplete data either… the full day’s data should be available…. unless of course @swapnilkisan.nikam has some “data import” processed that there is no way Adobe could know about and compensate for….. which might explain their “Adobe take 2-3 hrs to settled data so as per 12:40 AM EST email it has only captured until 10PM est.”
