Adding s_code to DTM

Hi,

Having added DTM to a clients website the team has tried to add s_code via the Adobe tool in DTM. But there is nothing firing and of course nothing showing in Adobe Analytics. We've followed the Adobe documentation on this implementations.

We've built some custom JS (just a simple alert) and added via DTM to prove the tag management system is working in the dev environment. So we're happy in the fact that DTM is working, however we're a little anxious about adding the s_code via a different means i.e. Using 'Rule > Page Load Rules > Create New Rule'.

We raised a ticket 6 days ago and wished to arrange a call today, but we're not getting any response from Adobe CC.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, had a call shortly after posting.

Everything seems to work now, it seems there were a few options that needed to be ticked, selected etc to avoid clashes in the system.
