Adding a PopUp message to a workspace project

Is it possible to add a message box to a workspace project? We are linking to reports in AA through PowerBi and would like to display a message box to users to make them aware that they are leaving PowerBi. This should effectively pop up before the report loads.

You can add a text visualization or a description to the first panel to notify Workspace users.
