Add 'Unclassified Device' group to device type report

Currently new devices or unclassified devices are lumped into the Non-Mobile group in the device type report.  if you breakdown this non-mobile group by devices you can see that the logic is correctly identifying the non-traditional devices, just not classifying them as a device type.

It'd be great if Non-Mobile in both the device and device type report matched, and there was a new group called 'Unclassified Devices'.
