Add the "Create Time" column to the User Account Summary download report

Recently the "Create Time" column was added to the user management area of the admin tools.  This is very helpful for monitoring and auditing user accounts.  However, the download report function does not include this column.  Can this download be updated to include all columns in the Summary.
