Add "Resend" Function in Discover Schedule Manager

I have seen that lot of times Discover scheduled reports will arrive with Zero values for metrics or have some kind of problem with data,

it will be nice to have "resend" button in schedule manager so that in these type of scenarios we can send report again.

For example: i have about 20 daily reports that goes to FTP but some time Discover wont send report or have some kind of data problems,

Now to resend these reports i will have to Preview a report and then re-key all FTP information to send it to FTP which is time consuming
