Add JavaScript as a metric to segment on

It would be very useful to be able to build a segment based on JavaScript enabled or not.  Currently, there is a way to segment Java, but not JavaScript.  For the sake of SiteCatalyst and reporting metrics, it seems like JavaScript would be more useful to SiteCatalyst than Java.  If JavaScript is disbled then you have to rely on the noscript tag.
