Add CTR numbers to click map

Please add ability to show CTR rates for links on the clickmap, as this is MUCH more useful than knowing just the amount of clicks per page. It can mean the difference between a good page and a bad page.

Also, allow the ability to customize which metrics show on the left hand side, so you can add in CTR for the whole page, and also metrics like bounce rate and exit rate.
