Add Ability To Build Segments or View Segment Definitions Report Builder

We can't build segments or view segment definitions in Report Builder. Right  now, we have to go back to Site Catalyst or Discover, and either build the segment or view the definition. Then go back to Report Builder. And if you build a new segment, we have to log out of Report Builder and log back in to see new segments. Much easier to just build it or view it on-the-fly in Report Builder.
