Why is this feature important to you - would make it easier and faster to search through the long list of tickets in Customer Care portal, My Cases screen.

How would you like the feature to work - add a 'filter' ability to the tickets table on the my cases' screen in the Customer Care portal , for easier searches when looking through tickets

Current Behaviour - can only 'sort' the columns in the tickets table currently, which, if you have 10 pages of tickets, isn't easy to find the specific ticket you're looking for, (like how you can filter in excel)
