Can you advice what is causing this screen?  I cannot see any result on the page.

The Gear icon is not clickable for me. My co-worker who has the same permission can use this extension.  I wonder if it's my browser setting? Any area that I can investigate from?

@tiffany2020 Can you check if you have selected the Report Suite from Gear icon in Activity Plugin or not ? You will need to select a report suite first. Also, are you seeing any other error ?

@tiffany2020 Is your Co-worker also experiencing same issue? In order to you Activity Map plugin report suite needs to be selected.
