Accessing Older Data on Previous Data Platform

Hi there,

I was recently trying to access some data from a few years ago, and I'm getting a message that says "Data before 2017-11-01 is provided by a previous data platform". Does anyone know how I might be able to access this info? Is there a way to access this "previous data platform"?

This is referring to v15 processing vs. non-v15 processing. You should still see prior data (as long as it's within the data retention policy threshold), it just might act inconsistent if you perform advanced queries against it (like segmentation).
