Hi everyone,

I have some questions about details of product implement ,

Q1. Could I use Chinese to name my product for product.s? And show the Chinese product name in report.

Q2. How many products could I track? Is it limited?

Q3. If there's no orders for A product, could I find the result of A product in report?

Does anyone know the answer? Thank you. : )

Hi Han Ting,

Q1) Here is some information on Multi-Byte characters: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/whitepapers/multibyte/ and https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/charset.html

Q2) The default is about 500,000 unique values per report. More details here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/metrics_uniques_high_numbers.html

Q3) Yes - any events that fire when a product value is fire in s.products will be included in the report. In addition, if you don't have any events fired when s.products is set, then prodView will automatically be set. Some more valuable details on s.products: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/products.html

Hope that helps!
