Ability to set max number of rows per file and break into multiple files for large DWH requests

Need the ability to set a custom limit on the maxium amount of CSV rows in a Data Warehouse report 

ex: Report kicked back contains 100,000 rows of data, default excel can only save half of this,  would like to be able to run large request and have the ability to have the file seperated into seperate files if it exceeds the custom row limitation
