ability to have scheduled reports shareable between admins or groups

As of now, in our current setup, one admin has access to all the schedule reports.  If another admin wants to make changes, to either the report or adding/deleting receipients, they aren't able to.  A work-around is if an admin logs in as another admin, but this is not ideal.  There should be a sharable scheduled report system in place.
